A1 You are doing a group activity in your ESOL class but one of the students in your group is spending a long time sending text messages. What could you say? A2 Your friend wants to break up with his girl friend. He says he will send her a text message to tell her. Suggest an alternative. A3 You have a job showing people to their seats for a school concert. You need to explain politely that mobile phones need to be turned off.
B1 You have left your mobile phone at the supermarket. Ring and explain what has happened and describe your mobile. B2 One of your classmates keeps sending you annoying text messages. What could you say to her? B3 One of your friends often uses your mobile but never offers to pay for the calls. What could you say?
C1 A boy in your tutor class was playing with your mobile and has dropped it and cracked the case. What would you say to him?
