Character building

Joanna Morrison and David de Lautour - French fantasy
Joanna Morrison and David de Lautour act out a French fantasy.

When actors prepare for a role, they research thoroughly the background of the character. They try to take into account everything that is:

  • said about or done to the character;
  • done or said by the character to other characters;
  • important about the character's background, working from the facts as they are uncovered in the script.

Follow the links under the characters and the actors who play them to find out all about them.
