Professional learning
All teachers are members of the wider professional learning community. In a professional learning community a teacher:
- develops shared language
- has more opportunity to be involved in quality conversations and exchange of ideas
- develops the confidence to choose the direction of the professional learning
- receives professional guidance and support from others in the professional learning community.
