What the work shows

Ari, Retimana, Toria and Rose brightened up their surroundings by planning and creating terrarium environments to suit plants they wanted to keep either at home or school. Through this project they developed concepts and vocabulary related to terrariums and understood the benefits of terrariums to people. Their completed task showed they were able to choose and care for plants, prepare an ideal environment for their growth, and identify harmful matter.

The following sections detail the work, and indicate what was achieved at each stage.
