
As part of an integrated unit on citrus products Kerry, Cherie, Tanja, Lauren, and Rosie made citrus drinks for the class stall at the lunchtime market day. They identified aspects of production and process technology such as layout of work, space, and health and safety that would help them as they carried out their practice.
