This is the online version of Guidelines for Environmental Education in New Zealand Schools, published 1999 for the Ministry of Education by Learning Media Limited, Box 3293, Wellington, New Zealand.

The Guidelines for Environmental Education in New Zealand Schools remains the key guiding document for schools, teachers, and educators in respect to Education for Sustainability. This publication is being reviewed during 2008 to align with The New Zealand Curriculum (2007).
