- explain how pests affect indigenous habitats;
- state the consequences of the loss of biodiversity caused by pests and predators.

The interactive allows the students to see the devastation a particular pest can cause to the New Zealand bush. A fact file with related information about that animal and its impact on the environment appears. The pests include a stoat, rat, cat, dog, possum, and a pest fish.
