Q. Will the teacher, as leader, be held legally accountable, if something goes wrong?
A.

All teachers have a duty of care to their students. Teachers may be held accountable if they have deliberately failed to follow the safety procedures set by the school, or acted in an unprofessional, negligent or careless manner that directly contributes to the incident.
