To access the EPIC Resources an authorised person from your school needs to sign a letter of agreement and return it to EPIC. A new letter of agreement has been sent to all schools.
Please note: you need to sign and return this form even if your school has previously registered to access EPIC databases. You will not be able to login to the new resources unless you have returned your form.
If you have not received a letter please fill out the form below. Please check first to see if your principal has already signed and returned a registration form.
Once your school has received the letter, please have an authorised person sign it on behalf of your board of trustees and return it:

When this letter has been returned, a username and password will be emailed to your school.
There is no limit to the number of staff and students within your school who can use the username and password. However each school must be responsible in keeping these confidential at all times and abiding by the terms and conditions of use.
