This is a treasure trove of New Zealand art and music resources, supporting New Zealand teachers and students of visual arts, music, social studies, technology (design), English (visual language strand) and history. Discover holds many items of cultural significance to Maori. - Index New Zealand Online
The index lists information about articles published in around 300 New Zealand newspapers, magazines, and journals, mainly since 1987. Index New Zealand Online has been developed to support teaching and learning in New Zealand and is managed by the National Library of New Zealand. Registration is required.

- The Journal of the Polynesian Society

A collaborative project between the Tongan students at Marcellin College and students from Takuilau College in Lapaha to record the tapa making tradition.
- Local Noise
Local Noise is an Australian Research Council funded project led by Mitchell and Pennycook from the University of Technology, Sydney. Its focus is on the localisation of hip-hop in different cultural, societal and educational contexts. Local Noise has been looking at hip-hop as an educational tool, expressing people's stories. The focus is on its success in the face of a general failure of education policies for marginalised groups in society, both in urban and rural settings.
