Catering for Gifted and Talented Students
Introduction
Kristin School is an independent, non-denominational co-educational school of about 1300 students from Kindergarten to Year 13 (Form 7) situated on Auckland's North Shore. Kristin School is structured as three schools within one. All share the same overall philosophy and vision that is applied appropriately at the respective levels.
This policy was developed as being appropriate across all levels of the school, as the principles upon which it is based apply to all gifted and talented students, regardless of the age of the student. The implementation strategies are a statement of best practices to which the school will aspire, where appropriate.
