Kahikatea ICT Cluster

The kahikatea is found scattered throughout our cluster area. It is New Zealand's tallest tree and is capable of bearing fruit in huge quantities.

The Kahikatea ICT Cluster is one of the 2002–2004 ICT PD Clusters. The seven cluster schools are situated in Hamilton. They have decile rankings of 1 to 7. Over 120 teachers will be involved in the programme for the full three years. Emphasis is being placed on whole school change.

An active principals group was already established and this has ensured regular consultation at the top level of the cluster to review progress against agreed goals.
