The Game and other stories is a CD-ROM with eleven illustrated texts, audio, glossary, and activities. This resource is part of the National Literacy Strategy and is designed to help raise the performance of reluctant readers in years 7 to 10, with a particular emphasis on the interests of Māori and Pasifika boys. The texts have been adapted from the School Journal and the School Journal Story Library series.
