Film archive access for secondary schools

The New Zealand Film Archive's ON TAPE Library service provides secondary schools with access to rich New Zealand archive materials, which cannot be obtained from any other source. Compilations of archive footage from a wide range of sources are available in curriculum areas such as English and media studies, social sciences, the visual arts, and music. Teachers' notes support selected compilations. The compilations are currently on videotape but, from July 2006, will be available on DVD. Information on the current catalogue and how to borrow materials is available from the Film Archive website.
