Teachers will notice a new approach to development of resources in the following series: He Purapura, He Kohikohinga, Te Tautoko, Te Wharekura, and Toi Te Kupu. Linked issues in each of these series will be dedicated to a single theme. For example, the February issues in each series feature the Commonwealth Games. By providing a range of resources with one main kaupapa but targeted at different levels, the Ministry of Education aims to better support teachers in Māori-medium education.
