This support resource for primary school teachers delivering Science in the New
Zealand Curriculum was first produced in print for the New Zealand Ministry of Education by
Learning Media, Wellington, in 1998. This resource is now being delivered online to ensure that the
information on pricing and suppliers of science materials is kept up to date.

Planning for science programmes
This section contains information for teachers overseeing school science programmes. It includes advice on budgeting, obtaining materials from parents and community, and the storage, issue and retrieval of materials. For a contents list, click on this heading in the righthand menu.
