What roles do the Speaker and the Parliamentary officials fill?

Students remain in their groups. Allocate one of the officials (Speaker, Clerk of the House, Messengers, Hansard Reporters and Whips) to each group. Students summarise the key aspects of their official on to Concept of Definition (CD) Maps and present their finished maps to the class as a whole.
