A complaint received from Mrs A.J Brown.

John:
Goodmorning, this is John, how can I help you?
Mrs Brown:
Good morning John, this is Mrs Brown, I have a complaint to make. Three weeks ago I purchased a brand new pair of jeans from your store. I followed the exact washing instructions on the label and placed them in the washing machine. To my horror, I discovered that not only did the jeans shrink but the colour also washed out. I really am not satisfied with the quality of the garment and would not only like the product replaced but I would also like the shop to compensate me for the inconvenience of having to return them to the store. I would also like to be compensated for the other pieces of clothing which were mixed in with the jeans during the washing cycle. The blue colouring destroyed my white shirts and ruined the colours of the other garments.
John:
Thank you for informing me about your problem Mrs Brown. Our policy is that if our customers are not 100% happy with their purchase or our service, we will not only refund you the full amount paid but also provide you with a $10 credit. Please return the jeans and please take the damaged clothes to your nearest dry cleaners for cleaning and have them charge it to our store.
Mrs Brown:
Thank you John, you have been most helpful.
