Mock Court

  • Make a newspaper of a court case. Use the digital camera and scan photographs taken throughout the case. Present it to the class with evidence, photos, interviews and reports.

  • Make a graph of emotions expressed at different times during the case. Design a criteria for these.

  • Do Maori and Pacific Island groups use a courtroom and if not what do they use instead? Illustrate the environment for trials. Label the people there and the equipment used.

  • Look at Crime and Punishment, pages 26-28 for ideas.
