Organise the class into small groups of five students. These are their Home Groups.

Each student will be responsible for evaluating one of the following tourist attractions to measure how well it stacks up as a socially responsible tourist destination.

  1. All students with responsibility for evaluating Tamaki Tours get together and form an Expert Group; those responsible for Whale Watching do the same and so on.

  2. After the Expert Groups have completed their evaluations, the various Experts return to their Home Groups and summarise their findings for the other members of the group.
