Describe some of their features that might influence
your presentation (eg. older, younger, no knowledge of your topic, can
remember some of the events...)
Where will you give your presentation?
List any features that you need to consider (eg.
outside, inside, power points, seating, room space for moving, display
space, noise...)
When will your presentation be?
List the day and time. How many weeks/days have you to get your
presentation ready?
What title will you give your presentation?
Does it represent your information? Attract people's interest?
What tasks will need doing? Who will be responsible for each task?
List all the tasks. Beside each record the team members responsible.
What equipment and resources will you need?
List all the things you will need and the names of those responsible for
organising them.
How will you manage your time?
Prioritize the tasks in a list.
