A starter idea for teachers.
  • Dress Up
    Teacher dresses (and acts) in role of Sir Edmund Hillary, eg. mountain climber, Antarctic explorer.

  • Questioning
    To find out who you are students can ask questions with ONLY a yes or no answer.

    Organise the class into teams of three. They are allowed to ask only one question per team.

    If the class has not guessed who you are after one question from each team, then let some time lapse allowing them to think, before you have another question session. For example, the next question session will be at 10:00 am or after maths.

    Hopefully you are not carrying a heavy pack!

    Finally when they have guessed - let them into the secret of their next Social Studies topic.
