  1. What is being done, around the world, to deal with the landmine issue? Students, individually or in pairs, conduct an Internet search to identify some of the actions that people are taking to address the landmine issue.

    Useful sites include:

  2. Students record their findings as they work using a modified Story Frame; a Recording Frame.

  3. Students, individually or in groups, decide which 4-6 campaigns (or actions) they think are most effective in dealing with landmines. Taking each campaign in turn they identify its key goals, strategies used and effectiveness in achieving the goals and complete the Analysis Chart.
