Possible effects of cultural change on people

Elderly
homesickness, few people to communicate with, habits and practices of a lifetime change, fewer friends, not knowing how to access resources.
Women/Men
gender roles, not understood by others of other cultures, learning again daily running of home, (eg. different resources, shopping), new employment expectations, pressure from peers, neighbour differences, clothing differences, families become dysfunctional without traditional support, catering for childrens different needs, values change, traditions change.
Teenagers
living in two worlds of influence-parents and peers from vastly different cultural expectations, recreational opportunities and facilities, forgetting own culture and language, adapting culture. For All
racism, sexism, stereotyping, prejudice, opportunities, challenge, experiences.
