Contact the person you have chosen, and agree on a time and format for
the interview. Familiarise yourself with the teleconference equipment, and
check that it works.
Students work in small buzz groups to come up with ideas for questions. Make
sure every student has one good question to ask during the interview. Use
open
questions that will draw the interviewee out.

Remember, focus on how this person acquired and exercised leadership.

Sometimes, it helps the interviewee to receive an email or fax before the
interview listing the questions.
After the interview, talk about what went well, and what didn't. Write some
of the interview highlights in speech bubbles, and add them to your bulletin
board.
