Transactional Writing
Write a speech to convince an audience that rules and laws need to be
enforced to maintain order. Use examples from the Middle Ages to support
your argument.
Students plan and express a personal viewpoint by following
Activities 5-12 in the
Antarctic unit on
English Online.
Once these viewpoints are presented to the class, a list of all the rules
under the different groups of people can be presented in charts.
Children then role-play choosing the character and punishment that may have
been given.
