Kylie
Brown, is of Ngai Takoto and Ngāti Porou
descent. She is a Kaiwhakarite Matua for the ministry
of education producing teaching and learning materials
for Māori immersion and kura kaupapa schools.
Kylie also has a keen interest in singing and acting.
Hone
Davis, of Ngāti Raukawa, Te Au Ki Te
Tonga, Ngāti Tukorehe, and Ngā Rauru Ki
Tahi descent is a former teacher who currently delivers
the Ministry of education programme Te Mana to all
corners of Aotearoa.
Danny
Goddard, is Ngāti Maniapoto, Ngāti
Whatua, TeRawara, Ngāti Hine, and Ngapuhi. He
is a trained teacher and the chairperson for the Hato
Paora college Board of trustees. Danny is married
and the father of six children.
Atawhai
Tibble, of Ngāti Porou, Ngāti Raukawa,
and Tuwharetoa descent is the CEO for Paerangi Ltd
managing the Māori boarding schools throughout
Aotearoa. Atawhai also sings with the band Maia singing
Māori RnB.
Sophie
Tukukino, is the principal of Te kura Māori
o Porirua. She is of Ngāti kahungungu and Ngāti
Tamatera descent and has been dedicated to the education
of Māori children since completing her teacher
training and working as a teacher for many years.
