On 17 December 1903 the Wright brothers made the first powered flight.
Take a virtual visit through the museum room on the 2003
Wright Brothers' Game to find out about Wilbur and Orville and
their many achievements, then complete the quiz.

Hot air ballooning
Tipani had such fun hot air ballooning she wants Ed to come for a
ride. Ed is worried that it isn't safe. Tipani needs your help to
explain what the parts on a hot air balloon are and how they work.

- Work through the activities on hot
air ballooning to discover how a balloon flies.
- Make your own hot
air balloon and fly it using a popcorn popper.
