New rules and guidelines on understanding ākonga distress and minimising the use of physical restraint in schools came into effect on 7 February 2023.
- So far, almost 4,000 school staff have completed the module.
- The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with more than 90% of people giving the module a 4- or 5-star rating.
